My visit was excellent because I received an excellent customer service; however;I am shocked at the fact that there is no AC at the service area; where all technicians are located and where are only a few fans blowing hot air. The hot temperatures we currently have require an improvement in that area.Due to health issues; I cannot be exposed to unhealthy high temperatures.There are others customers in the same condition. Perhaps Courtesy Toyota of Brandon can review this issue and build cabins with AC in the service area where the technicians are like other Toyota locations currently have. Thank you.
