Took my car in for an oil change and tires rotated n balanced. It was a new car and when I got it, it shook going 75-80mph and I informed the dealership about it and they didn’t fix it. I also had scratches in the windshield which the dealership fixed but it took a few tries. This shouldn’t happen when buying a new car. After this appointment the shaking is now fixed. If only they would have listened the first time.

I went in on an emergency visit , my tire was shredded and I needed some work done. I also that same day had to leave for Orlando for a business trip. Kevin my advisor was awesome as usual. He understood exactly what I needed to have done and helped me get out in time to still make the long drive and arrive accordingly and safely.
