Toyota was able to get me 2 free tires with my warranty which was a HUGE blessing because the cost of tires now is too high for my budget. I was able to get back on the road safely and they provided amazing customer service. Always treated very nice when I go to get service done.

Had an appt at 11:20. Got there about that time and drove right in. I believe they're was one other car in another lane and that was it. The timing of them coming to service me was rather slow. I felt it should have been a lot sooner but other than that, once Nano got my information they took the car back and worked on it. Nano was nice, told me what they were going to do, approximately how long it was going to take and how much it would costs. It was all good.
