The service was great; however, it could be better and faster if the salesperson took my approval letter from my financial institution to the finance department. Instead, she reapplied for the loan. I was puzzled, so I contacted my finance department. The banker advised me not to deal with the salesperson but with the finance department. Once I spoke with the finance department, the process went smoothly.

My service experience was excellent! Mr. Mostafa took very good care of me including having my car washed upon request. When your machine was down, he asked associate to wash my car by hand! That is great customer service!!!! I appreciate it greatly and hope that he will wait on me again for my next service appointment.....Thank you!
