Victor was excellent as he akways is. When I was leaving I noticed NO hubcap on my right drivers side tire. Victor had walked me out. Good thing I noticed it. They found that it had fallen off in the carwash. The mechanic came out with it and out it back on. Today as I was cleaning the inside of the car I got out and saw that that hubcap is now cracked. Not sure what the carwash did to it, but I need Toyota to order me another one. I am heading to NH next week for the summer and I need a hubcap that is NOT broken. Victor has left for the day today, so I will call him tomorrow morning! I am NOT a happy customer right now.
