I went in to service my Toyota Camry and while waiting, my husband and I started browsing around the lot. We didn’t plan on getting anything but pick up trucks caught our eye. We have recently purchased a home and thinking about some projects.Khaled approached us and introduced himself.He began to walk with us to speak to us about our visit to Toyota and just made us feel comfortable as we talked and laughed about our day. Needless to say, we decided to trade in our Camry which we were madly in love with and left the lot with a 2024 Tacoma.He delivered as promised except the payments went a little higher that quoted but we go through it. At the end of the deal we were at a comfortable payment given the quality and features of the truck.Thanks again for your help. You all made this a seamless experience.
