Great experience, my car always feels brand new after taking it for service. Communicating the service(s) needed is easy and convenient. However, the wait time is rather long. I had to wait nearly 4 hours to get my car back. In my old dealership, they offer to pay for a ride back and forth if it is within a certain mileage radius.
