Michael Bryan was excellent and very professional; he sent me my financing application ahead of time, scheduled an appointment for me, and was ready for me by the time I arrived at Toyota. The gentleman who helped me finish up the process after Michael was also great. The process was very smooth and made my lease-end experience much easier than I expected.
