Positive experience with sales associate, Tiffany Chavez. We did sale over the phone and then came to the car dealership for the paperwork. She was full of energy and very knowledgeable.

Very long process, from 11:30 am viewing and driving the vehicle which was relatively quick. That took about 1 hour. Then inside to go over the deal, paperwork running checks on me and my wife, then certifying the vehicle which I thought was certified already, and that took 4 and a half hours. The salesman should have told us to go home and come back the next day. The deal was done, Happy with my vehicle. I thought I would have at least got a new Toyota Key Chain, instead of the yellow tag with red dot with the vin # and Year of the car written on the tag. Look like valet tags. What happen to the good old days when the salesman said thank you and gave you a complimentary item for your car. I guess those days are over unless you buy a brand new one,

The sales person was friendly and helpful. Sunny responded to my online request immediately. I did not have to wait a long time, which made the transaction smooth.

Fast and Professional.

Service was excellent! I was in and out fairly quickly, especially for how busy this dealership gets. My only actual negative thing was when they got me out, they bragged about how fast they were, and how it was well under an hour. Even stamped my receipt with a big green stamp that said less than an hour. I was there for over an hour and a half! Make no mistake, everything was great and I felt like it was quick but they're trying to say it was half the time it really was. Like, feel free to say it was quick but don't lie to my face. 😂
