Found my car on your website, as a certified vehicle. I was under the impression, that certification was done and that The certification process was being taken care of while I was there which took 5 hours. I couldn’t even take the car for a test drive until I convinced my salesman that I didn’t come all the way up here just to look at the car. The process was long. Got up there at 11:30 am. Talked about price, finalized, then paperwork, Salesman left the room for 40 without informing us what was happening, waiting without keeping us in the loop, I felt a disconnect with him. I feel after we finalized and he told me to come back tomorrow, that would have helped the situation, instead he had us wait, until I spoke up and asked at 3pm how much longer, I said well I’m going to get something to eat and I’ll be right back. He said I’ll text you when it’s done. Got back at 5 and still wasn’t ready. Waited till 6 to finally get the car. Wow. Love the car but failed in communication with us as customers, Chris didn’t seem focused, I like to talk and vocalize what needs to be done. I didn’t feel he put that extra into his approach with us. I even spoke my mind to Claire as I was waiting for the car. I think she felt my frustration. If Chris had only said after we agreed to purchase to come back either tomorrow or even go home and come back 4 hours later that would have been fine,. Sitting there while the paperwork was being done was very time consuming. It would have been allot easier to come back and just sign after the paperwork was done.

Job completed for a recall issue. A good book came in handy. I am happy with results.

It was an awesome experience as a first time buyer, the agent Claire morrow was able to find the best option for me, and I left the dealership with a car and a smile on my face!
