We were updated regularly on the progress of our service. We appreciated it and it did get done to our satisfaction.

Took longer than I anticipated. Our sales guy Ruben came in on his day off as we finalized our car purchase. He showed us the car that came in the previous day. Ruben is a great asset to Courtesy Toyota as he was very transparent and answered our questions fully. We were then handed off to a finance manager, Ricardo. We asked if we could get a free Toyota souvenir like a hat or umbrella for our purchasing experience. We quickly received a "ha, that's funny" response. To me, it was quite a rude response.
