I recently went to a Courtesy Toyota dealership in Brandon, and they sold me a car with a heavy cigarette odor that should have been fixed PRIOR to selling the car. Now I have to invest more money to remove the odor which has caused me to have a negative respiratory reaction. I enjoy the car, and the service was great, but I am slightly annoyed when I should be enjoying my car.
