My experience at Toyota was pretty good. Upon arrival, I was attended to in a reasonable timeframe. I was even approached by a team member concerning a minor crack in my windshield. The team member walked me through the entire process of having my windshield replaced. My only caveat with service was the 2 hour wait time despite having an appointment.

We went to several different dealerships looking to buy a new RAV4. We were very disappointed in other dealers that we visited. Every dealership that we visited had the same issues, “ high pressure” and not willing to, just “let us buy a car,” they ALL insisted on “SELLING”Us one, and not willing to adjust the price AT ALL.From the minute we arrived at your dealership, until we drove off with our new car, we were treated amazing.
