Painless experience for my 30,000 tuneup for the Rav4. It was a bit more costly than I expected, but I assume that's how it is for the big tuneups. We'll see what the cost is for my next service!

The young man that helped me was great, knowledgeable. He funny and pleasant, yet very professional. My car was done in a timely manner.

Great experience. Service Manager and service advisor will work with you until they get it right. I have been going to this dealership since 2004 when I purchased my vehicle. Service Manager has made sure I will continue going there. Have had problems but they work until everything is great!!!

I came in with a nail in my tire and it was taking care of promptly. Unfortunately my usual advisor, Vincent, was off the day I came in, but Nano was great and very helpful.

He did show us how to drive it. Which most other companies do not do and had already set a bank for the car. The only issue is that I had was when I replied and told him about my situation of buying a new car for me. He never replied back. He told me he would speak to his boss about it. I guess it was a miscommunication issue. But for my brother's first car it was not so bad.
