Once again, Courtesy Toyota knocked it out of the park servicing my Toyota. I attended my scheduled appointment at the beginning of a Holiday weekend wanting to get it done before traveling that weekend ... ... just like everyone else in town. When it was determined that the service would not be completed in a couple hours I initially considered just cancelling the appointment and coming back after the weekend. Mohamed (who has always gone above and beyond in the past) again saved the day by getting me a loaner vehicle for the evening. Since the vehicle was going to remain overnight anyway I asked Mohamed to get an inspection on some other things & am glad I did so as the inspection showed a couple of problems I thought were minor, were actually pretty well advanced needing attention ... Mohamed texted me pics of my truck and the problems. So not only did I not miss an important meeting that night, but got all of the maintenance and the couple of problems fixed and still was able to travel during the Holidays.
