Service good, but pricey

Greater when I arrived.

The sales person was very professional and explained all the details of the purchase.

Sale: Associate was available and print with responses. Did tell me he was with other customers and was reminded that, I too was a customer.Financing: Available and answered my questions. Paperwork had to be redone as details were incorrect or inconsistent.Parts: Missing license plate screws for front plate. Had to go to a different dealer to obtain but they were out and ended up having to size at a hardware store.Title/ registration name was not available at time of sale. Had to go back to ask for it. Name was also incorrect and took 4 different departments to correct and each time each person didn’t correct the entire form of incorrect spelling (name is written multiple places). Each associate was argumentative with regard to they had corrected it when they did not. This should not have been an issue to begin with and no one knew how to correct it at each level.

I dropped my car off, I picked it up. Not much more to say. Mohamed was pleasent to work with. Was it memorable, no.

I had a really great experience working with Wisnick. We were able to come to an agreement over the phone so when the car was ready for delivery, all I had to do was show up, sign paperwork, and leave with my new car.

It was enjoyable, the man who helped me find my car was extremely welcoming and helpful. I would buy a car again from him when the time comes.
