From the very beginning pulling my car in for service I was greeted by a Service Advisor Abbas with a smile. I told Abbas I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I received a call last week but was in the middle of something and couldn’t at the time get an appointment. Abbas told me about how long it would take and my husband and I could wait in the waiting area which had TV’s and refreshments. When they were almost done he gave me heads up that I would need an alinement but I should do this when I get new tires. I was told that in April that they would have a sale on their tires. My alinement was not bad since I know longer work and don’t drive everyday. I appreciated his honesty and will be back in April for new tires and an alinement. Thank You Courtesy for good Service!

Toyota is a great company and easy to deal with. I met a man there named Arabi who helped me with almost everything. I asked him about anything that came to my mind and he understood me as if he was very patient. He did not make me feel that I was asking too many questions, so I decided and took a new car, a 2025 Camry. I also decided to take another car from there and I feel easy in this place and with this man. Thank you Toyota and thank you Arabi.

I came into the only bay open. There was no one sitting near me to attend to me. However, Mohammed came from his station and asked how he could help me. None of the others who were near me asked. My car got sent in and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Once Mohammed was done with me, he walked up to the next car coming in the service center before they even entered the service doors. He is a really good employee and a kind man.
