Afternoon. I wanted to express the joy I felt in working with your salesman David Sneed at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon, Florida. He was extremely attentive to my desires in purchasing my new Toyota Corolla. He kept in touch with me throughout the process even on his time off. He was also very helpful with the aftercare when my car needed adjusting. All in all I would say a very good salesman and decent person. It was a great pleasure working with him. Also shout-outs to Gary, Gabriel, and Diana. They are indeed the embodiment of the creed you display on your showroom wall. Again, thank you for the pleasant experiences I had with my new car purchase.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my new Corolla Cross. The sales associate that helped me, Creighton West, was great to work with - he was very patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was getting what I wanted at the end of the sale. While it took months to get my new vehicle, Creighton was great about keeping me updated on the status and was very accommodating to my schedule when the vehicle finally arrived. I would definitely recommend visiting Courtesy Toyota and asking for Creighton when looking for a new or used vehicle. The only issue I had with the entire transaction was the amount of time it took to actually get everything finalized at the dealership. Creighton had worked with me ahead of time, taking steps to help cut down the time I would be at the dealership when picking up my new vehicle (e.g. filling out the credit application, providing DL & insurance information, etc.), but I still ended up being there for well over 4 hours. It seemed a bit excessive to me.

This was the third time over the years I have tried to buy a Toyota from Courtesy but the first two salesmen dropped the ball. I am glad I was referred to Hank Keller!

Your service representative was very helpful in seeing that all required services were taken care of and addressed several pending problems. I followed through with his suggestions and several had cost cutting coupons that helped me greatly. Thanks for the assistance in keeping my vehicle in top running order.
