Purchasing a new car is not always an easy experience for me,but Michael, my salesperson at Courtesy Toyota ,was very kind, considerate, and helpful. This was very much appreciated. I am very happy with my new Corolla SE, actually pleasantly surprised at how much I love this car. The Corolla drives perfectly for my standards.The inside is elegant ,with a dash screen that is large and easy to read.Heating and air buttons are easily accessible. The sound system is also great.Seats look and feel nice.The outside has a great look too with nice lines and wheels. I would highly recommend this car to others. Thankyou.

The whole process was easy and efficient.

Great service, quick. However I was NOT enamored by (1) The guy in the shop waiting line saying he was going to do a "glass check" ...he was very nice and very polite, but really, I do not like to be a captive audience. (2) Some guy going around the customer waiting room, trying to engage for some reason...he said something to me about apologizing for taking over 2 hours to get to work on my vehicle......I had only been there about 5 or 10 minutes. Not quite sure what his purpose was. Again, the captive audience effect. Interrupted a report I was trying to compose on my tablet.
