Brought in my Sienna for routine service -- oil change and tire rotation. Had an early appointment to get in and out and Courtesy Toyota did just that. Took care of my needs and had me on my way in less than 90 minutes.

In and out of there quickly and efficiently. Both Tiffany and Rick did a great job of providing the information necessary to keep the process simple and yet informative. The entire process began with the professional manner in which Tiffany responded to an e-mail, provided too numerous dealers, which basically closed the deal for her, from the beginning. The others never had a chance. Because of the experience we are currently starting the process of buying another vehicle with Tiffany. Tiffany is definitely a huge asset for Toyota and I hope you guys are aware of it.

It's been a long time since I've been able to rate Toyota - Brandon with such a high rating. Previously, I've had problems with various repairs or the Mechanic stealing items from inside my vehicle.
