My family and I had the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. My salesman, Carmack was attentive. Rather than being pushy, he educated me. He made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting and aware of all the features and benefits so that I could make an informed decision. I brought my husband and kids with me that day. He bought lunch and snacks over to ensure my kids were taken care of. Every person that I interacted with was professional and an expert in their particular subject area.In a few years we’ll need to buy my daughter her first car. There’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll come back to Brandon Toyota.

Brittney Stanley handled things exceptionally... You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee...One issue I had was the detail department didn't do a good of doing their job.. Windows had some type of overspray..gunk..Brittney offered to bring vehicle back in to correct.. I'm an 1+ hours away.. went to an autoshop instead.. they cleaned windows for me.. use 0000 steel wool.. only thing that would work.. windows fine now..

Victor explained things very clearly. I will request him again. I almost went to another Toyota dealership due to the rudeness of the last inc9ming tech person but Courtesy is close so I came back. Glad I did.

I do not remember the Tech named who helped me but please give him 10000000000000 stars and a raise. He was great and was very helpful and informative in the service and arranging a ride for me and my wife while we waited.

Very satisfy, in general. Sunny was very professional and we feel very compfortable during all the process.
