This was one of best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our salesperson, Tiffany Chavez and the sales manager, Ezrahel Assad , both provided exceptional customer service.We were very impressed with their product knowledge, their professional, friendly demeanor and their clear and transparent responses to our questions. After initially speaking with Tiffany by phone she e-mailed us a quote for a Corolla LE , then only hours later we received a call from Ezrahel asking if we had any questions or needed further information. This level of responsiveness to a customer is extremely rare and very impressive. In fact, it was a big factor in our scheduling a test drive the next day.This same level of exceptional customer service was also present at the dealership. Tiffany provided comprehensive information regarding the car’s features during our test drive and did so without trying to pressure us that this car wouldn’t be on the lot long….as was done at another dealership we visited. Ezrahel came out to meet us as well.We know Toyota provides an excellent product and service …. But it’s nice to know this level of excellence is also reflected in the caliber of professionals, like Tiffany and Ezrahel, you hire to represent your product and brand.
