The service I received was the best experience anywhere that I can remember in the last several years. I arrived late in the evening to drop off for an appointment that I made in the morning for a number of services. Unfortunately there were no drop box envelopes and in had driven across town to go to the dealership for the repairs needed. I saw someone in the bay and banged on the door hoping I didn't make the trek to have just come back in the morning. Vincent unlocked and opened the door and greeted me with a smile. He said come in and I will take care of this for you. It was well after hours, I am sure he had a long day, but he was friendly and helpful. He wrote up the work order and ensured it would be ready for the technician first thing. The next day my car was ready before noon and I had several maintenance repairs completed. He walked me to where my car was parked and turned bit on to be sure it was working properly, and again smiled and wished me a great day. It was so nice to be treated like I mattered.
