Had an excellent sales experience at Courtesy Toyota. Was given an out-the-door price early on in the process and that didn't change at the time of sale. Once I decided on the specific vehicle and options I wanted, the inventory manager located the vehicle, gave me a date on when it was expected to arrive at the dealer and when it arrived on time several weeks later, the end of the sales process was quick and easy and all involved were professional and easy to work with. Was also sold the car for less than MSRP (thru a car buying service) when other dealers in the area were charging "market adjustments" and unwilling to move.
