Mr. Keller was friendly and helpful.I am disappointed with the attributes of the RAV4 that I thought would be included in the trim we got. I didn’t want a sunroof but wanted the rear door auto opener. No sensors for back up or parking is poor design on a standard model. Love the color and comfort of seats. Just not what I thought I was buying.
