I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Tiffany was knowledgeable, upfront and very honest during the whole process. All of my interaction was online out over phone until I actually came to pick up the vehicle and was quite refreshing to see everyone was even nicer in person. Seems to be staffed by a team that genuinely loves their job and has fun. Drove past probably a dozen other Toyota dealerships to this one and regret nothing. This will be my first choice for any future car purchases.

Mohamed Nasser was the 1st to assist me with getting my car serviced. He did a wonderful job in determining what needed to be done to keep my car in tip top shape. He was the first to actually walk me to my car after the car had been service. Thank you Mr. Nasser.

I will definitely be buying again from this dealership. The salesman I had who was Hector was amazing! He was very patient with us especially since I had recently been in a car accident. He was very patient and took his time to show us multiple vehicles until I found the car I wanted. The process did take a few hours because we looked at a bunch of cars! We felt like Hector genuinely wanted to assist us and that we were not just some number or quota.

Brandon Collins was extremely helpful and relatable. It was nice that there was a lounge area with a movie on the tv as well. I could’ve brought my laptop and done my work there, if I had known in advance.

So I had appointment at 1pm so I sat there for a good 15 minutes before anyone came and helped me out but soon as the gentleman see me sitting there he came over and he took care of me he service my car he made sure he had me update what was going on he came inside and found me and gave me a update and he rectify the situation so I am please he was a great service person
