Buying a car from Julian was better than most sales people I talked to. He's presentable, works hard and makes sure the customer feels like their not getting scammed. I only wish he would go the extra mile for me when my family and I asked for certain things like yes we are spending 31k on a Toyota can you ask your manager if we can get a rear cargo mat as a curtesy? Overall though he's a very good sales person.

All good aspects of our experience, and there were many, revolved around Brittney Stanley. What an amazing person; Courtesy Toyota of Brandon is lucky to have her, she's quite the ambassador for your business. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional, funny and good natured -- there's no limit to the good things I can say about with Brittney. We are out of town buyers that ordered a car in April/May; knew it would be as long as 4 months before the car would be available. And whether by phone, text, email, or finally, in person -- all during that time -- Brittney was on top of everything. And NO shenanigans! In fact, the opposite -- helpful and beneficial suggestions. Straight shooter all the way. With talents like these, any organization would be lucky to have Brittney, not just on staff, but in leadership. With her drive and strength of character, she's destined for great things.
