Nano was super professional, extremely thorough. The last couple of visit prior to this have been ok, but I had been saying my truck felt off. To the mechanic, huge thank you for his thoroughness and fixing my baby! I left and could immediately notice she was riding much better and smoother!

Everything was fine. Kevin was helpful and thorough. He even took care of a minor problem that was found after getting my keys and was ready to leave. My only suggestion is that a way to be found to correct the link to follow the progress of the service. It told me finishing touches were being Donna good hour before I was told my car was ready. A minor issue to be sure, but as a result I told my wife I’d be leaving soon and she started to worry when I didn’t arrive. Again, not a big deal, but maybe could be fixed. Totally pleased with every aspect of my dealings with this dealership from sales to this service time.

The overall experience was great. The staff was organized and acted quickly on servicing both my vehicles an turn them around in a very short time the same day.

The experience was excellent except that the person who was supposed to call about tinting the windows has still not called. Hoping that eventually this will be rectified.
