The salesman Devon Evans was great, very helpful and got me exactly what I asked for.

My rep, Ian Finnan, was the friendliest person I have met since I have been coming for service (5 yrs). Everyone seems to always be rushing. He answered all my questions with a smile. I left with a smile on my face.

Very smooth process, tech was outstanding.

Great service. waiting room for my vehicle was very loud and distracting, but otherwise, the care of my Sequoia was great. I was surprised I had such a long wait after having an appt time. It kind of defeats the purpose to have an appt time if you can't get your service in right away. I just had a nail in my tire, and had to wait almost 2 hrs. to get a patch! that costed you a 5-star service.

I had an appt. For 9:40am and didn’t receive my car until 3 hours later . I do understand you guys can be busy but I felt that was a little outrageous. I usually get asked if I would like my car vacuumed and this time I didn’t get asked. Overall , good service. Thank you
