I spoke to someone via phone about a price. It was a really good deal and it was immediately honored when I came into the dealership. I feel as though some dealerships/ salesmen will say whatever they need to to get the customer in the door and perhaps wouldn't be true to their word on the phone. This was not the case with Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. They were truthful and played no games with me. I had this experience on both occasions when dealing with them: when I leased the vehicle and bought out my lease. If you do your research and advocate for yourself, Courtesy will work with you and I appreciate that so much. Perhaps they did not yield the biggest profit from me because they respected the deal I asked for, but they have a customer for life. Henry Camacho was an excellent resource. I communicated him via text several times about small questions/matters before purchasing my vehicle. He was patient and informative. The day I was supposed to meet him to purchase the car, he had an emergent situation and couldn't be there. He was nice enough to explain my situation and have Armando Franco and he helped me purchase the car. He again honored the deal that had been agreed upon via phone and was wonderful to work with during the car purchase process. I am also thankful to the finance department who ran my credit and got me the best loan rate before I even entered the building. I ended up bringing in my own financing and Kyle B. was so helpful and made the process a breeze.

it was my first time at Courtresy Toyota for service and I was very impress .. how well they have the service department set up.. you pull into a air condition garge area to get your service ticket written up .. then you are updated by text and can walk back to talk to your service writer on what you want service/repaired .. my service write Edwin Narvarezwas very courteous and explained everything to me and was able to look up my service history with Toyota on my vehicle so they can determine what services I really need done
