Excellent. There was always someone to greet me when I walked through the door.NOTE: Don't ever be like Honda. I first went to the Honda dealer across the street from you because I wanted to look at the Ridgeline, but no one noticed me even though there are people standing around. I wandered aimlessly then headed out the door.

Ryan M. greated me promptly and listened to my issues. He quickly got my car diagnosed. He also suggested some recommended service based on my milage, age of my caar and actual performance of the part. (They do a safety check on many of the most critical daily needs of driving) The service was performed in a timely manner and I was on my way by late morning. Car has been performing flawlessly since driving away. Thanks Ryan and the Courtesy techs!!
