Always great attention to what my car needs and my need to get in and out in a hurry!

The sales experience was good. However, I can’t for the life of me understand how buying a car takes so long. We were in the dealership for 3 hours and we had already selected the car 10-21 days earlier. It was delivered early in the week and we went on Friday afternoon to close the deal and still it took 3 hours.

Excellent service all around. I had additional work done. The attendent kept me informed throughout the service, it was completed promptly and at what seemed a reasonable cost.

Tiffany was an amazing salesperson. She wasn't high-pressure, she was upbeat, and she didn't try and sell us anything we didn't need. She knew her product (my new truck) inside and out, and answered all my questions about it.In addition, she was responsive and helped me out with a couple of issues I had after the sale.

The process was efficient and simple. I was able to do most of it via email.However, I purchased the car on the 8th and my bank has not received the paperwork. My pre-approval check is set to expire.
