After reading the review you would probably think it was a member of my family. Jennifer wascertainly up to date on her product knowledge. It was almost closing time and yet she let me know that no question was unimportant I felt no pressure to make up my mind immediately as I was having problems choosing between a Camry and Corolla. I was nervous because I drove 4 hours round trip because of Courtesies reputation for service and inventory I was glad I did because it was as advertised, no hidden fees no market adjustments.

We took our RAV4 in for a recall check. During the visit a serious steering problem was discovered, then repaired. Our service Advisor was friendly and efficient. We're fully satisfied with our recent visit to Courtesy Toyota and we'll be back!
