I had an amazing experience at the dealership. I had called before going in and spoke to Hector about what was in stock at the store. Later that day I went in and he asked me what I was interested in getting. He then looked at what he had to offer that most fit my needs and it was exactly the car that I wanted. I had negative experiences at the other Toyota dealerships in the area which included being talked down to, pressured into buying and even lack of respect towards someone just interested in gathering information. Not here though, and not with Hector. I purchased my vehicle because 1. I loved the car 2. The price was in my budget 3. The customer service at the dealership was amazing.
