I got passed around from service to parts then back to service trying to make an appointment. I arrived early and was told it would take an hour or two which was fine. I ended up being there 3 hours. I know everywhere is short staffed but at least give the correct expectation to start so I can make arrangements for a ride elsewhere or re-plan my day around knowing I would be there that long.

Edwin was our service associate, he warmly greeted us and died us through checkin, saying he’d have our oil changed done and tires rotated in about two hours. Sure enough, 2 hours later we were departing the dealership. We appreciate the efficiency and courtesy of Courtesy’s associates.
