Service was prompt and advisor provided timely updates. I was able to get the TOYOCARE Service in just over an hour. Car came out clean and advisor did not push other services on me. Last, the waiting area was clean and functional and provided simple items a person could consume while waiting.

Starting in January we put down a deposit, hoping to obtain a very scarce RAV4 Prime SE. Working with our sales person Hank Keller, not only was he able to obtain the vehicle we wanted, but with the options and color we wanted. Kudos to your staff.
