Purchasing the car was simply and easy. I had to wait over a week to get the proof of purchase and other information sent to my bank for the pre-approved loan. The sales rep who assisted me was eager to assist even after the purchase of the vehicle. He assisted me with getting what I needed for the car scheduled, and direct lines rather than having to use their customer service line again.
