I talked to your Assistant Service Manager Vincent Lopez on Monday the 30th of June to make my service appointment for Thursday the 3rd of July and he told me that would be fine. I called him on Tuesday the 1st of July to reconfirm everything and he said he had an opening on Wednesday if I wanted to go with that and said I had another commitment and he came right back with a suggestion that if I had anything going on right at the moment and this was at 1:00pm he could have my Truck serviced if I could bring to the shop. I told him I could be there in less than 30 minutes. This is the “Going the Extra” mile for a customer and he had my Truck fully serviced by 5:30pm. Because I’m a retired Army combat veteran Vincent made sure I was eligible for any discounts in which I was. What a class act this person is and a total professional. Thank you. I highly recommend your business and it is truly worthy of my 5 star review.

I am a repeat customer and I had already done my homework in that I knew the make and model of the car I was looking for. It took only few hours to get me out of the lot with my new car.
