Excelente service

Servicing the car prompt and efficient. Prior to trading in my recall prone Kia Optima for the Camry, the car was given a courtesy wash (I paid for the servicing of the car). This is our 4th Toyota. The Kia is an abberation.

I was told when I bought my vehicle from Courtesy Toyota that a loaner car would be available when I bring my car in for service. This has been proven untrue over the past year. I was told during this visit that the 15k service and alignment would take an hour to perform. At the 2 hour mark, I called an empty number and spoke to a voicemail. Soon after, I got a call saying the service was completed. If you guys want 5 stars from me, get good and stop setting expectations that you can never exceed.

I haven't bought a new vehicle since 1973 and the experience I had with the sales team was great i walked away very satisfied and happy with my new car.

In this crazy vehicle market of 2022, I must commend Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, Sunny Varghese and David Naranjo for their commitment, integrity, and fairness to their customers. Indeed, I had to adjust my thinking that I had to buy a Toyota, pay a deposit, with the promise that they would work with the Toyota plant to get me the RAV4 Prime XSE Plug-In that I wanted as soon as possible. Since I placed my order early January, I got the new SUV in less than 3 months. I recommend Courtesy Toyota of Brandon to anyone wanting to buy a Toyota in the greater metropolitan area of Tampa. Work with Sunny Varghese and David Naranjo, they will give you the best deal in this market. You do not need to compromise on your must have requirements, but if you can be a bit flexible with colors, or trim, you will increase the probability of getting your vehicle sooner.
