I had an appointment at 2:20 and arrived on time. There were no other cars in the service area. I waited 10 minutes before anyone came over to help me.

Great company even in these crazy times. I was looking to upgrade my Tundra to the 2022 and here isn't a dealer within 100 miles that I didn't reach out to for this. All, but one insisted that I come in to negotiate a deal. Courtesy was the only dealership willing to take my trade info, crunch some numbers and provide a rough proposal. They also locked in one of the few 2022 Tundra allocations available in the area. When it was time to drop my trade off and pickup the new truck, it was pretty much sign and drive. Not too many dealers will make it this pain-free. Thanks to Courtesy, I am loving my new Tundra!!!!

Tommy gave this female EXACTLY what she wanted AND needed. He respected my way of shopping (online only until ready to make a deal) he did not annoy me with repeated calls and emails (except for those that the dealership does in their own). I will for sure buy from TOMMY again, if he is still in the sales role when/if it’s time.

Need to improve the wait time once a person drives in -to someone helps them. This wait time has been as long as ten minutes waiting. We are "ignored" so to speak. Sometimes you have to stop an agent and ask if someone can help.

Henry Keller has always sold me my cars. Honest, professional, and his business practice is above reproach. He will always be my sales representative.

The overall purchasing process was outstanding. Our only complaint would be the pre-delivery cleaning of the car. It was not good at all, the car was very dirty when we picked it up.
