Easy and quick - just what we requested

It was a relatively good experience. I did request the car from the Jacksonville dealership and it was assumed that we would simply buy it without a test drive. I preferred to take a test drive and I believe that should have been expected. I also had to wait at least an hour to see the financing department to finish the sale and I was paying cash, no financing was needed. I wish that could have been quicker.

Service was per request and out in 1.5 hours as advertised
