The fact that 1 survey encompasses anyone who touched the car regardless of 1 being sensational and 1 possibly being horrible is unfair and an inaccurate tracking of actual experience and employee responsibility.

It use to take me half a day to get my oil changed. Now, I am in and out in about an hour.

Good

The oil change was great, the attempted upselling is understandable. Only thing that bothers me though, is the percieved lack of fresh air flow into the area where the vehicles drive into for a service. Customers are expected to turn the engines off, but a lot of them don't. Please look into more fresh air flow, or more filtration of the carbon monoxide and other poisonous gases that can remain where the service members have to sit.
