My experience was awesome. Victor in Service lane was very patient and truly a professional. I ran a little late and then asked 1 million questions and he was just outstanding answering every question, concern, and following up on all details, answers pending and a full report on car issues. I can only hope all the service employees are as professional. He is a true indication of prime customer service and I will only ask for him in the future.
