David Sneed, my sales representative, did a fantastic job. He called me first thing in the morning after my over night inquiry on a potentially incoming vehicle. His timeliness, follow up throughout the entire process, courtesy, and help were fantastic. 6 stars.The only drawback was in financing. Over the phone, I’d been quoted a 1.99% rate. When I got there, it had jumped to 4.99% with no explanation on the difference.Overall, I’d recommend the dealership and David’s service.
