I went to Courtesy Toyota in Brandon to purchase my new 4 Runner. The experience was really good. I did not feel pressured and the dealership was clean, and spacing between desks good. I picked up my vehicle about 4 weeks later due to inventory and the only draw back was I had to return to get the running boards installed. What should have taken 30 minutes, took 2 hours. Next time I need something for my vehicle, I'll pack a lunch. Otherwise the experience was really good. I would do business with them again. No pressure and other than the timely installment of the running boards, I was very happy.

I brought my 2021 Corolla in to investigate a noise by my right front tire. I assumed it was mechanical. I was told that I would be charged over $140 for the mechanic to uncover the cause of the noise. Lo and behold there was a crack in the fender, leaving a metal piece to scrape my tire when I turned tightly. The mechanic showed me the problem, and I was not charged a thing. Some dealerships, like Courtesy Toyota, really care about their customers!

An opossum was stuck in the air cabin area and the tech got it out, The tech deodorized the air cabin and replaced the air filter. a very good job worthy of a 5 star rating.
