Thomas was great in explaining in details what I needed done for my vehicle. When I asked him to explain it to my husband he didn't mind he took his time. The day of the service I came off from working an overnight shift Thomas was nice to send me home in a lift so I can sleep a little then send me back to the shop when the service was done. Now my vehicle works again one less thing to worry about. Thanks!

Easy to make appointments online. Show up on time. You will get in and out ASAP. Great group of men. Took care of me. Job was done correctly first time. It is a simple job to do a basic service. But if it is not done right you will pay for it your vehicles life. This dealership seems to care. Always inspect what you expect. They were awesome. Thanks

We have had our fair share of awful car buying experiences, but this trip to Brandon Toyota was a breeze! All of our concerns and questions were answered and we left there with a new family car that will work great when our baby gets here in just a few months! Our sales guy Shobit was AMAZING!
