Able to retrieve the vehicle in a timely manner unlike waiting for 10 mins to be seen with an appt. Again, I recommend an appt lane and a first come first serve lane or hire more service advisors.

Customer service was great! However, I was explained that my 5k mile was to be tire rotation and fluid checks and every 10k is an i\oil change. That was not performed, they only did an oil change per my paperwork and the sticker on my window. The other thing is you guys don’t have nitrogen air for the tires which is pretty crazy to me when most vehicles have this type of air!
