Fantastic experience! I had put off going to a dealership for so long after having multiple negative past experiences. I'm regretting the wait! I even traded in my used car with no hassles! Everything was completed within one evening and with great customer service! Julien Atallah completed the sale. He was very polite, and to my surprise, not pushy at all. He listened to what I needed, and gave me just that. After the sale was complete, it was on to Jose Gonzales to handle the financing. Again, a better experience than ever expected. Even though I was already pre-approved through one bank, a better deal was searched for -- and found! I couldn't be happier with my new RAV4. I will definitely be a return customer!

Had to replace a tire which was damaged earlier in the day due to roadside debris. It was in the afternoon, the service technician made an appt for 4:00 PM, they installed a new tire and it all took about an hour. No Problems

The Salesman did not pressure me into buying a car. Aaron was very patient and answered all the questions that I asked. The only think was I did not have any choice with the accessories that was included that I had to pay for, Tint, floor mats and wheel locks.
