I had a good experience for the most part. Only issue was when it was time to receive my vehicle I was told it could be delivered to me but it was not. I understand there was not enough staff to accommodate as I was told but it inconvenienced me trying to get there for it.

Did the task requested. As I have Toyota installed. Would assume rotation would be part of standard maintenance or at least asked. Assumed mailed coupons applied will think about both next time!

Really liked working with Kevin. He was quick, courteous, and kept me informed throughout my visit. He earned my trust, and that's important. I'll definitely be back and will work with Kevin again.

From start to finish, everything went smooth. We never felt rushed and never felt pressured.

Made appointment and arrived early. Kevin took my vehicle info. Waiting room is spacious and comfortable. During the service Kevin communicated with me three times. Once to let me know we will be communicating via test and to let me know what what was going on with vehicle. When completed update was provided. Checked vehicle oil levels and cleanliness. Very satisfied with mechanic and Kevin. Always say inspect what you expect. Good job men. Will be back HB

All went pretty smoothly. I’m not sure the bolt on the license plate was fixed.

I went to Toyota, looking for a used car, I was shown around the lot and found a Corolla sale lady advice this car will last for a long time (2) days later I went home with the car.
