Courtesy Toyota offers thorough and detailed photos and explanations of any work that needs to be done, making it easier to determine what work is more urgent and what can be held off for another day. The only negative is whenever I bring my older car in for repairs, it always seems expensive. However, they do offer coupons to help save money towards service which is always appreciated. They also offer a courtesy shuttle when your car is held up for multiple days and an option to use a loaner car, which is very helpful when you can't get your car back the same day.
